Siargao · Philippines
You surf, we manage.
Promena Hospitality Group Inc. is a small local team building a portfolio of design-led villas and lofts in Siargao. Fewer homes, run properly, with a host who actually lives here.
Our vision
A small portfolio, run with care
We're bringing together a handful of villas and lofts around General Luna. Homes with good bones and a point of view. We take them on one at a time, so each one gets real attention.
For owners, that means one team looking after the house, the guests and the details. For guests, it means a home on the island, not a hotel room.
For owners
You own the home. We run it.
We work with a small number of properties, and every home gets the same thing.
Taking the keys
We meet you, walk the house together, and agree what good looks like.
Care between stays
Housekeeping, maintenance and small fixes, handled before they become problems.
Guests and calendar
Screened guests, clear house rules, a calendar you can see.
Straight reporting
Occupancy, rates and monthly numbers, in plain language.
Every home is different, so we start by walking it. Light, layout, neighbours, what it needs to be great. Then we agree how it runs.
For guests
What a Promena stay will feel like
The homes are still coming together. The standard is already set.
Design-led, not decorated
Natural materials, good light, nothing that gets in the way of the view.
Quiet and local
Homes in the middle of island life, close to cafés and the break.
A host, not a front desk
Someone on the island who answers, and who shows up.
Location
